Digital products Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the Canva template link has been opened.
We strongly encourage you to review the live demo of each template before purchasing. Demo links are available on every product page.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your files please contact us at byalbabernaus@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances: You were charged twice for the same order, The files delivered are corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
Refunds are not available because you changed your mind, chose the wrong colour, or decided not to proceed with your wedding.
Services, content creation and custom web design All service bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your date and covers preparation time.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date: deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date subject to availability.
Cancellations made 14–30 days before the event date: 75% of the total package price is due.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date: 100% of the total package price is due.
In the event of postponement we will do our best to accommodate your new date subject to availability.
