By purchasing from Behind Her Aesthetic you agree to the following terms.

Our products Behind Her Aesthetic sells digital products (Canva wedding website templates) and creative services (content creation and custom web design). All digital products are delivered electronically, no physical items are shipped.

Intellectual property All designs, templates, icons, and imagery created by Behind Her Aesthetic remain the intellectual property of Alba Bernaus. Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the template for your own wedding or event only.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or use our templates for commercial purposes or client work. You may not claim our designs as your own or create derivative templates for sale.

Canva templates Our templates are built in Canva. You will need a free Canva account to access and edit your template. We are not responsible for changes to Canva's platform, features, or pricing that may affect template functionality after purchase.

Services All service bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final files. By paying your deposit you agree to our full services terms outlined below.

Limitation of liability Behind Her Aesthetic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
